Shipping & Returns

There's nothing better than opening up that package, trying on that new jacket and it fitting like a glove.

Sometimes, it doesn't. That's where we come in. 

 

Shipping

Shipping costs are pretty much free within the UK. We only charge £5 to cover the original shipment from Portugal (thanks Brexit) and the logistics of getting them from A to B. But everything else should be pretty straightforward. Internationally, costs range from £15-25 depending on where you are. Exchanges

Of course we offer exchanges. We are even happy to take on the cost of shipping.  Just want you to feel good in your new clothes. If we don't have your desired size in stock, we will do our best to make a new pair, just for you, or refund you should it need to come to that (hope not!). 

We send you a return label, you drop it off at a local dropoff point, and when we receive it in its original condition, we send over a new set. Quick and easy. 

 

Returns

Returns are free. We send you a shipping label, you pack the garms in a bag, print out the label and drop it off at a local UPS / EVRI / DHL dropoff point. They will find a new home after you, so please make sure the goods are in the same condition.
