Since we started MARANE, this is probably our favourite moment.
Cinthia is an incredible seamstress.
She’s who we go to see, when we want to figure out how to do something.
She’s a magician.
She turns our dreams into things you can wear to the beach.
Anyway.
One evening, walking back across the street from La Linda bakery.
And walking through our door.
We heard music.
And saw this.
Cinthia and her sewing machine.
Dancing together.
When we asked why,
she said
‘because I’m happy.’
We didn’t ask any more.
We didn’t need to.
